This is the post to comment to if you want to volunteer to create a recs post during recs fest 2011. All that would be required is that you claim a reccing theme/genre/category and then make a post requesting recs for that theme. You wouldn't need to have your own collection of recs in that category yourself, unless you wanted to ( Read more... )

Just a reminder that it would be great if we could get more categories, themes, genres, and ideas for reccing fanworks over here or in this post. So far we have some excellent suggestions, but the more we have, the better this will run ( Read more... )

I have survived the week and am now here, as promised, to ask you what types of categories/themes/genres/styles you'd like to see during recommendations [insert period of time here]?

I'll get the ball rolling; I'd love to see something like, "3 drabbles that made you stop and gawk at their brilliance."
